Terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Corey Fooks Productions, including but not limited to sound, lighting, staging, screens, cameras, projectors and generators for concerts, festivals, weddings, corporate events, and other productions.By confirming a booking, making a payment, or accepting an invoice, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.________________________________________1. BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS1.1 Deposit & Booking Confirmation• A non-refundable deposit, as stipulated in the quote, is required to secure a booking.• Upon receipt of the deposit, a pro forma invoice will be issued for the remaining balance.• A balance invoice will be issued for the outstanding amount, which must be paid in accordance with the agreed terms.1.2 Payment Schedule• Full payment must be made at least 72 hours prior to the commencement of event setup.• Failure to remit full payment within the specified timeframe may result in cancellation of services, with applicable cancellation charges.1.3 Changes to Booking• Any modifications to the venue, date, time, or services required must be communicated no less than seven (7) days prior to the event and are subject to availability.________________________________________2. CANCELLATION POLICY2.1 Client-Initiated Cancellations• Cancellations made four (4) or more weeks prior to the event will result in a full refund of the deposit.• Cancellations made between one (1) and four (4) weeks prior to the event will incur a 25% charge of the total quoted amount.• Cancellations made within seven (7) days of the event will incur a 100% charge of the total quoted amount.2.2 Force Majeure• In the event of natural disasters, government-mandated restrictions, or other force majeure events, Corey Fooks Productions will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the event.• If rescheduling is not feasible, a partial refund may be considered at the sole discretion of Corey Fooks Productions.________________________________________3. LATE PAYMENTS• If an invoice remains unpaid beyond the due date, a late fee of AUD $100 per week will be applied to the outstanding balance.• Invoices outstanding for 30 days or more may be referred to a debt collection agency, and the Client shall be liable for all associated recovery costs.• Continued non-payment may result in legal proceedings.________________________________________4. POWER & EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS4.1 Power Supply• Adequate power must be supplied within 15 metres of the stage, unless otherwise agreed in advance.• The Client must confirm in writing whether 32 Amp 3-phase power is available.• If the Client confirms 32 Amp 3-phase power availability, but it is not accessible on-site, Corey Fooks Productions may be unable to provide the full agreed services due to power limitations.• If an insufficient power supply is provided, Corey Fooks Productions reserves the right to refuse setup or charge additional fees for generator hire.4.2 Weather & Outdoor Events• The Client is responsible for providing suitable weather protection, such as a marquee over the stage and mixing position at outdoor events.• In the event of adverse weather conditions, Corey Fooks Productions reserves the right to power down equipment until conditions are deemed safe.4.3 Cabling & Public Safety• If cabling crosses public access areas, cable guards may be required at an additional cost to the Client.• The Client must ensure safe and accessible routes for cabling, and any necessary safety barriers must be arranged in advance.________________________________________5. ADDITIONAL COSTS & LIABILITIES5.1 Overtime Charges• If an event extends beyond the agreed duration without prior arrangement, Corey Fooks Productions reserves the right to charge additional fees.• Overtime will be charged at AUD $80 per hour per staff member, and any additional charges for equipment usage or extended services will be invoiced separately and payable by the Client.5.2 Additional Staffing Requirements• If stairs, lifts, or restricted access points are present, additional staff may be required due to Work Health and Safety (WHS) regulations, at the Client’s expense.5.3 Damages & Liability• The Client assumes full responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to equipment caused by negligence, misuse, or interference by attendees, staff, or third parties.• The Client will be liable for repair or full replacement costs in the event of damage to hired equipment.
5.4 Dry Hire Equipment• Where equipment is dry hired (supplied without Corey Fooks Productions staff on-site), the Client assumes full responsibility for its proper use, handling, and security.• The Client is liable for any damage, malfunction, or loss occurring during the hire period and will be invoiced for all repair or replacement costs as required.________________________________________6. LIABILITY & INSURANCE6.1 Public Liability Insurance• Corey Fooks Productions maintains public liability insurance, which does not extend to third-party property damage or injury caused by the Client, their guests, or other vendors.6.2 Right to Refuse or Terminate ServicesCorey Fooks Productions reserves the right to terminate services if:• The event environment is deemed unsafe for staff or equipment.• The Client fails to remit payments in accordance with agreed terms.• Any illegal, abusive, or threatening behaviour is observed.________________________________________7. GST & TAXES• All prices quoted are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax).• GST is calculated at the current Australian rate of 10%.________________________________________8. COPYRIGHT, PERFORMERS’ RIGHTS & APRA LICENSING• The Client is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with Australian Copyright and Performers’ Rights legislation.• The Client must obtain all required APRA (Australasian Performing Right Association) licences applicable to the event.• Corey Fooks Productions accepts no liability for any copyright infringement, fines, or legal action arising from the Client’s failure to secure appropriate licensing.________________________________________
9. VENUE ACCESS AND AVAILABILITY
The Client is responsible for ensuring that the venue is available for the full duration specified in the quotation, including all required setup, sound check, and pack-down times. Insufficient venue access may adversely affect the quality of the production and may result in additional charges and/or necessary adjustments to the schedule.

10. VEHICLE ACCESS FOR LOAD-IN AND LOAD-OUT
The Client must ensure that suitable vehicle access is available for the loading in and loading out of equipment at the venue. If adequate access cannot be provided, the Client is required to notify Corey Fooks Productions in advance. Limited or restricted vehicle access may affect staffing requirements and could result in additional charges.

11. Quotes and invoices are based on the audience numbers provided by the Client at the time of booking. Should the actual audience size exceed the stated number, the Client agrees to notify Corey Fooks Productions in advance. An increase in audience size may require additional equipment, staffing, and resources, and as such, the quoted price may be adjusted to reflect these changes.
________________________________________12. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMSBy engaging Corey Fooks Productions—whether by accepting a quote, providing written confirmation, or making payment—the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
